    How often should I use the infrared sauna blanket?

    It is recommended to use the infrared sauna blanket around 4 to 5 times a week, however the blanket is safe to use up to once daily. Each sauna session should be between 45 to 60 minutes.

    Is there a difference between this blanket and a regular infrared sauna?

    No! Our blankets use the same infrared heating technology as regular infrared saunas. This makes our blankets equally as effective, but more convenient and cheaper than going to a regular sauna.

    How do I clean my blanket?

    You should wipe it down with a soft cloth or towel after each use. You may also use a non-toxic cleanser, gentle soap, or cleaning wipes.

    Do not machine wash, dry clean, or submerge in water. Please do not use any strong, corrosive cleansers or alcohol products when cleaning your blanket.

    How much EMF does the blanket emit?

    Our carbon fiber infrared heating coils are specially Faraday-shielded so that they emit ZERO EMF.

    How long does it take to heat up?

    It only takes 5-10 minutes for the blanket to reach your desired temperature. Remember to only use your blanket on a heat-proof surface.

    We ship all our orders from our Sydney distribution centre. We only use Australia Post for all shipments ensuring you can track your package as it makes its way to you.
